We are Verisure, the leading provider of peace of mind and protection to residential and small business customers across Europe and Latin America. Our belief that it’s a human right to feel safe and secure has resonated with over 3 million customers and 18,000+ employees worldwide.

We’re growing fast, but we also want to grow well. Our top priority is finding the right talent to suit our positions, and the Human Resources Generalist will make it his or her mission to recruit and onboard the right sales personnel to represent Verisure UK.

Skills and experience necessary:

  • University degree in fields such as HR, management, psychology, or organizational sociology
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in sales recruitment
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
  • Innovative and motivated to provide suggestions for process improvement
  • Analytical and results-oriented. Having a sales mindset is extremely beneficial.

As an HR Generalist, you will be assigned to a specific branch in which you will focus on four key categories: recruitment, training and performance, employee relations, and communication across teams. You will work directly with the sales branch manager to ensure his or her team is well-served across these categories.

More specifically, you will:

  • Ensure the recruitment and onboarding processes meet the expectations of our expansion strategy
  • Deploy HR development policies and employee training programs to your assigned branch
  • Engage in personnel administration, disciplinary sanctions, and employee relations
  • Provide upward, downward, and transverse fluid communication.
  • Report directly to the HR Director, and functionally to HR Specialists.
