Working at Verisure is unique as we have a direct impact on the safety and security of people’s lives. My favourite thing about working in Customer Support is the varied and dynamic work environment, where every call is different to the last.

Our management have brought together a very capable team, and we all try our best to support each other as well as the customers.

As the company is relatively new in the UK, it feels good to know you are actually building something instead of just filling an already established role.

I like the fact that career progression is taken seriously at Verisure due to the fact that the company is growing and evolving so quickly. I also enjoy meeting our new starters and being given the opportunity to mentor them to greatness!
